Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with what you pay for. This policy explains when you can get your money back, and how. It applies to purchases of DeepRit from DeepRit, made through our Merchant of Record, Paddle.
The short version
If you're not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase, or within 14 days of your most recent renewal. You don't need a special reason. Refunds are processed by Paddle.
Who handles your refund
Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all DeepRit orders. Paddle takes your payment, so Paddle also returns it. We can't refund a payment directly, but we're happy to help you with your request.
How to request a refund
Use either of these:
- Through Paddle. Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you used, and request a refund. Your receipt email also has a link to manage your order.
- Through us. Email [email protected] from your account's email address and include the order number from your receipt. We'll ask Paddle to process it.
When you'll get your money
After a refund is approved, it goes back to your original payment method. Most banks and card issuers show it within 5 to 10 business days, though it can take longer depending on your bank. The refund includes any tax you paid on that purchase.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel at any time, so that you aren't charged again. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and then your account moves to the free plan if one is available. Cancelling doesn't refund the current period by itself. If you also want your money back and you're within 14 days, please request a refund as described above.
After 14 days
After the 14-day period, payments generally aren't refundable, and that includes partly used periods. We may still make an exception, for example if a technical problem on our side stopped you from using the Service, or if you were charged by mistake. Please write to us.
When a refund may be declined
We, or Paddle, may decline a refund where there are signs of fraud or abuse, such as repeated purchases and refunds, or where an account was closed for breaking our Terms and Conditions.
AI provider charges
Paid plans use your own AI key. Charges from your AI provider are between you and that provider. They aren't part of your DeepRit purchase, and this policy doesn't cover them.
Free plan
The free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy affects rights you have under the consumer law of your country. Where the law gives you a longer period or a stronger remedy, that applies instead.
Questions and disputes
If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact us at [email protected] or Paddle at paddle.net before disputing it with your bank. It's usually the fastest way to fix it.
