About pricing
What does "bring your own key" mean?
You create an API key with OpenRouter, an AI service that connects to many models, and add it to DeepRit. Your requests run on your key, so OpenRouter bills you directly at its own rates. We don't add a markup.
What's "unlimited use"?
On Pro, DeepRit sets no cap on how much you write. Your AI provider's charges and limits still apply, and short-term speed limits may apply to keep the service reliable for everyone.
Why does the amount I use still matter?
Because you pay your provider per token. DeepRit searches your data on your device and sends only what's relevant, so you pay for less. Each message shows the tokens it used.
Who can be on a Pro team?
Up to 5 team members in total can work under one Pro subscription.
How does payment work?
Our order process is run by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders, so it handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds. You'll see the full price, including any tax for your country, before you pay.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your first purchase or latest renewal. See our Refund Policy.
